Our financial support team members provide support and assistance to resolve supplier's problems through a series of troubleshooting activities in a call center environment. Common solutions include resolving password problems, payment declines, as well as internet browser and email troubleshooting. All calls are recorded, monitored, and reviewed. Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions: Interact with inbound callers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests. Be able to determine the issue by using probing questions. Ability to research information to provide a resolution. Gather and verify customer information in Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management Software). Complete required training and stay current with changes and updates.
The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct outbound calls to the Vendors of our Client to advise them of a change in program terms. The Vendors are open to these calls and the discussion of this change as it factors into the way they do business. No selling is involved with this position as there is a pre-existing relationship among the companies involved.
Relationship Managers contribute to high-level client campaigns that may involve demand generation, corporate profiling, and market research. They interact daily with VP-level, C-level, and senior line of business prospects.
Data Analysts at Winn Technology Group are responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of both client databases and Winn’s internal database. Their responsibilities include processing, stratifying and loading data for marketing campaigns, upholding quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, and generating in-depth customized reporting for each client campaign. In addition, Data Analysts must be able to identify campaign trends through analysis of data and work with Program Managers to develop improved processes based on their findings.
Winn Program Managers are responsible for building strong and professional relationships with each client. Program Managers are the primary point of contact and are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns. The Program Manager identifies and communicates issues and opportunities internally and to each client with appropriate follow-through to ensure ongoing progress. Program Managers create content to support outbound calling and other market contact efforts (call guides, e-mails, voice mail messages, etc.) and monitor and manage the effectiveness of the Demand Generation Specialists and Relationship Managers assigned to client campaigns.
Inside sales professionals at Winn are responsible for developing new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other communications media. Our sales professionals are highly motivated self-starters that develop strategic accounts, initiate and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, grow revenue opportunities for Winn, and enhance Winn’s value proposition to both prospects and current clients.
