Lead nurturing campaigns are conducted over a 6-month period to your chosen target audience.  Each campaign begins with an initial 6-week lead generation and scoring initiative to collect relevant business intelligence for the development of an ongoing contact schedule. Winn will identify sales ready leads and non-sales ready leads that will be cultivated during the remainder of the campaign.

Winn will provide the target data based on list criteria determined by the Partner in consultation with Winn. The partner may provide a list of target accounts and identify the appropriate target titles within each account.

Following the first 6-week period and for the duration of the 6-month campaign, additional touches will include:

  • telephone outreach 
  • email contact
  • social media activity

The email promotions will consist of materials such as:

  • market best practices 
  • solution overviews 
  • case studies
  • event promotional materials (strong opportunity to help cross-promote 
  • events) 

Social media activity may include LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter postings, monitoring of relevant discussions and activities, and other awareness-raising activities to help drive interest in the partner’s capabilities and their solutions. Content can also be structured and provided to the partner for their own social media posting and presence.

Partners will also provide HTML documents where needed. Winn will work with Partners to develop compelling calls-to-action for their solutions.
