Winn Technology Launches Internal Proprietary CRM/SFA Portal
PALM HARBOR, Florida — September 28, 2009 — Winn Technology Group, a leading marketer of business–to–business technology products and services, has launched a new internal proprietary CRM/SFA portal. This launch is Phase 1 of a two–phase project that will allow direct web–based access to Client campaign(s) for both direct sales and channel marketing demand generation initiatives.
Phase 1 has been in development for the past 2 years and has recently completed a thorough beta–testing period. Beginning October 1, 2009, all Client campaigns, as well as Winn’s internal sales team, will utilize the new portal that includes lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead modeling capabilities.
The internal portal is designed to support the set–up, deployment, and management of demand generation initiatives including:
- Campaign set–up and management
- Prospect Data Scoring and Stratification
- Integration of lead campaigns
- Dashboard reporting and analysis
- Lead Distribution and reporting
- Lead scoring and lead nurturing
The dynamic and robust dashboards provide detailed reports on each client campaign from the multiple perspectives of the Program Manager, the Data Analytics team, as well as the daily activities of each individual Business Development Specialist (BDS) on the phone.
Winn’s goal is to complete Phase 2 by January 2010 to give Clients secure, real–time access to their campaigns and data, strategic tools to optimize campaign effectiveness, increased management and accountability for both direct sales and channel partner demand generation initiatives. Winn also plans to develop multiple API’s to integrate the portal with existing client SFA tools.
