Business Development Specialist

Business Development Specialists are the backbone of Winn Technology Group, providing both outbound and inbound business-to-business telemarketing services for our clients. Our Business Development Specialists are personable, persistent, and innovative at working with corporate gatekeepers, relaying client concepts clearly and directly, and collecting needed business information.

Skill Level:

  • Knowledge of the technology industry
  • High-level computer skills
  • Accurate data collection and data verification
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous sales, customer service, or help desk experience preferred


Relationship Manager

Relationship Managers contribute to high-level client campaigns that may involve demand generation, corporate profiling, and market research. They interact daily with VP-level, C-level, and senior line of business prospects.

Skill Level:

  • In-depth knowledge of existing and emerging technologies
  • Direct sales experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent listening and oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of corporate structures
  • College degree preferred

Data Analyst

Data Analysts at Winn Technology Group are responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of both client databases and Winn’s internal database. Their responsibilities include processing, stratifying and loading data for marketing campaigns, upholding quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, and generating in-depth customized reporting for each client campaign. In addition, Data Analysts must be able to identify campaign trends through analysis of data and work with Program Managers to develop improved processes based on their findings.

Skill Level:

  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to work independently
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Project Manager

Winn Program Managers are responsible for building strong and professional relationships with each client. Program Managers are the primary point of contact and are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns. The Program Manager identifies and communicates issues and opportunities internally and to each client with appropriate follow-through to ensure ongoing progress. Program Managers create content to support outbound calling and other market contact efforts (call guides, e-mails, voice mail messages, etc.) and monitor and manage the effectiveness of the Demand Generation Specialists and Relationship Managers assigned to client campaigns.

Skill Level:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple clients, programs, phases and priorities and to maintain clear communications and documentation
  • Excellent listening and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to provide insightful, actionable market analysis to clients
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies
  • College degree; Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred

Account Manager

Inside sales professionals at Winn are responsible for developing new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other communications media. Our sales professionals are highly motivated self-starters that develop strategic accounts, initiate and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, grow revenue opportunities for Winn, and enhance Winn’s value proposition to both prospects and current clients. Our sales staff represents Winn with integrity and in a manner that reflects positively on the company to clients, suppliers, and the general marketplace.

Skill Level:

  • Experience in sales or marketing; B2B direct sales experience preferred
  • Keen understanding of existing and emerging technologies for information technology and/or medical information technology
  • Very strong telephone skills (80–120 outbound calls/day)
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
